Shenzhen/West Conshohocken, PA. U.S., 6th June: SMG, a leading convention and entertainment venue management company, has secured an agreement to manage the new exhibition and convention centre in Shenzhen, China, named the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

The agreement will give SMG a new flagship venue in China’s growing trade show market. The venue, still under construction, is targeted to finish construction on its first phase in the first quarter of 2019. It is located near the Shenzhen International Airport. The venue will have an exhibition capacity of 400,000 m2 and an additional 45,000 m2 of flexible convention and meeting space.
