HKTDC’s December events aim to help SMEs
Hong Kong, 27th November: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will organise four events next week targeting the SME market. The events will feature business solutions addressing a broad range of categories including technological innovation (artificial intelligence, big data, robotics, VR), entrepreneurship, IP management and e-tailing. All events will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 6th to 8th December.
The SmartBiz Expo and the Asian E-tailing Summit are newly launched events. SmartBiz, running from 6th to 8th December, will showcase more than 500 exhibitors from 43 countries and regions, featuring the latest business solutions, technology applications and operators support. Meanwhile, the Asian E-tailing Summit will be held on 6th December. It will serve as a platform for business professionals and online retailers to examine the latest sourcing trends and market developments.
The Business of IP Asia Forum (BIP Asia), in its seventh edition, is jointly organised by the Government of Hong Kong (HKSAR), the HKTDC and the Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC). It will gather more than 80 IP experts who will share the latest industry developments and opportunities. The Hong Kong International Franchising Show will feature 130 exhibitors. Now in its third edition, the Franchising Show will showcase franchising opportunities in various industries including food and beverage, retail, education and business services.
