Macau, 25th September: Earlier this week, the Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG), a Macau-based integrated resort, hospitality and entertainment group, officially unveiled its latest planned development – the Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) and Galaxy Arena which scheduled to open in the first half of 2021.

The GICC will offer 40,000 m2 of event space including a 10,000 m2 pillar-less exhibition hall, an auditorium seating 650 people, a banquet hall seating 2,400 people, a 4,000 m2 conference hall, and a ballroom with the capacity to cater to over 1,000 people. GICC also will also connect with the group’s integrated resort, Galaxy Macau™. The Galaxy Arena, featuring 16,000 seats, will be able host concerts, large-scale sporting events and other forms of live entertainment.
