Japan unveils US$990 billion stimulus plan
Japan, 7th April: As the COVID-19 virus outbreak continues, Japan is set to declare a month-long state of emergency. In the meantime, the government is unveiling a massive 108 trillion yen (US$990 billion) stimulus package.
The emergency stimulus will cover key centres including Tokyo, Osaka, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Hyogo and Fukuoka.
