Shanghai, 17th April: Shanghai Lansheng released its financial results for the year ended 31st December 2020. Revenues in the year were US$457 million. This represents a large year-on-year decrease of 45%. Profits in 2020 dropped 56% year-on-year, down to US$21 million. Diluted earnings per share in the year were RMB 0.258 (US$0.040).

Separately, the company announced it changed its name from “Shanghai Lansheng Corporation” to “DLG Exhibitions & Events Corporation Limited”. The rebranding was officially approved at its general meeting on 8th April 2021. The company changed also its main business from trading business to exhibition business.
