Diversified acquires Naturally Good Expo

Australia/Portland, Maine, U.S., 1st June: Diversified Communications announced that the company has acquired Naturally Good Expo in Australia from National Media for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition will strengthen Diversified’s global Natural & Organic Products brand and aligning with Diversified Communications Australia’s Fine Food, FoodPro and FoodTech brands. Diversified’s Natural & Organic Products portfolio includes exhibitions in the U.K., Scandinavia and Hong Kong with supporting print and digital publications.
