PCMA acquires Asian event association

U.S./Singapore, 31st July: This week, the U.S.-based Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) announced the acquisition of the Incentive, Conference & Event Society Asia Pacific (ICESAP). No financial details of the deal were released.

Following the acquisition, ICESAP will continue to operate under the ICESAP brand and the ICESAP staff at the Singapore headquarters will be retained. ICESAP President Nigel Gaunt will continue to lead the organisation. ICESAP will be responsible for “strengthening the role of intermediary agencies in the region.”
