Diversified sells HRM Asia

Singapore, 22nd January: Earlier this week, Diversified Communications announced the sale of its HRM Asia to Human Resources Executive magazine and LRP Publications. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal includes HRM Asia’s three events: HR Summit & Expo, Smart Workforce Summit and the HRM Asia Congress Series. It will also include the annual HRM Readers’ Choice Awards, HRM Magazine and related digital content. Through the acquisition, LRP Publication will significantly expand its global portfolio in Asia. The company also has an event in the region, the annual HR Tech China Conference.
