ICCA selects new CEO

Netherlands, 4th April: ICCA, the International Congress and Convention Association, has announced the appointment of its new CEO, Senthil Gopinath. He will begin the new role in later this month.

According to ICCA, Gopinath has more than 20 years of experience in the meetings travel industry, with 18 years working within ICCA member organisations. He joined the ICCA team in 2016 as Region Director of the ICCA Middle East chapter. In the new role, Gopinath will be responsible for developing and executing the association’s annual business plans, ensuring operational sustainability and maintaining financial controls. Gopinath will also focus on building ICCA’s global membership.
