Alibaba and Salesforce partner in China

China, 25th July: Earlier this week, Alibaba and Salesforce announced a new partnership which appoints Alibaba as the exclusive provider of Salesforce’s CRM services in China.

Under the terms of the partnership, Salesforce will be launched in China, Macau, Taiwan and Hong Kong through Alibaba Cloud. Salesforce’s services: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud and the Salesforce Platform will be exclusively provided on Alibaba Cloud. Under the terms of the deal, Salesforce will be the only CRM product that Alibaba will sell.
