Diversified acquires Energy Storage North America

U.S., 17th March: BSG notes some M&A activity is continuing despite the global stoppage of events. Exhibition organiser, Diversified Communications announced the acquisition of Energy Storage North America (ESNA) from ESNA EXPO LLC.

According to Diversified, the acquisition strengthens its event portfolio in the renewable energy industry. And interestingly, Diversified now owns and operates a 1.5-megawatt solar farm in Maine and it also acquired three solar and energy storage industry events from another organiser (Intersolar) last year.
