Profit in the six-month period was US$317,000, compared with a loss of US$1.3 million recorded in the same period in 2017. Earnings per share in the period were RMB 0.0035 (US$0.0005).

Revenues in the first half were US$5.3 million, a year-on-year decrease of 2.2%. The company attributed the slight decline to weaker performance from its Travel Media Business and Financial Magazine Business. The company reduced its loss to US$1.9 million compared with a loss of US$22 million in the same period in 2017.

Revenues in the quarter grew 14%, reaching US$3.7 million. The company posted net income of US$945,000, an increase of 12% year-on-year. The company attributed the increase in revenues to the strong performance of its information services business as well as revenues from special one-off projects.
