69,000 buyers at Hong Kong Lighting Fairs & Eco Expo

Hong Kong, 26th October: The 19th Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition), the second Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo and the 12th Eco Expo Asia closed earlier this week, welcoming about 69,000 buyers from 151 countries and regions to the three events.

Running from 26th to 29th October, at the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), the Eco Expo Asia was organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Limited, while the Outdoor and Tech Light Expo was organised by HKTDC. The Eco Expo Asia featured some 340 exhibitors from 19 countries and regions and opened to the public on its last day on 29th October.More than 400 exhibitors at the Outdoor and Tech Light Expo showcased the energy-saving lighting systems and solutions to meet market demand for energy-efficient and cost-cutting technologies.

The Lighting Fair, organised by the HKTDC, was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 27th to 30th October with a record number of 2,670 exhibitors from 38 countries and regions. First time exhibitors came from Denmark and South Africa at this edition.
